With any construction project time is critical and to meet the client’s demand for a quick delivery together with the supply of an environmentally friendly product Moelven Töreboda has launched a processed cut and made to measure service for glulam beams to supply direct to the U.K. Merchant Market. This service is available from late 2010.

Glulam is first and foremost a strong building material manufactured to a variety of dimensions. It is made from a natural resource and is one of the few building products that has no negative impact on the environment. At Moelven Töreboda there is a natural relationship with the company’s most important raw material. The wood that is used to produce the high quality glulam beams is coniferous wood that grow in the vicinity of the Glulam factory in Töreboda Sweden. Glulam production is a resource-efficient process since the glulam is often ”tailored” for each client or project.
